Our signature blend is dark roasted from three distinct origins that combine wonderfully to create a full-bodied and sweet mix with a delicate sweet after-taste. The first bean comes from select high grown farms in the Colombian Huila Region. This bean has been chosen for its very sweet aftertaste. The second is the Brazil Santos, named after the port where Brazil's famous coffees pass through. Santos yields a low acidic, light bodied brew. The PNG Sigri originated from the saplings of the famous Jamaican blue mountain coffee. Known as a full-bodied, smooth and balanced bean this one is fast becoming a world favourite.
